The Right Turn: A Daily Ritual for Intuitive Living

Every morning, I face a crossroads – quite literally. It's a choice between left or right, a decision as simple as it is profound. This seemingly mundane choice has become my daily ritual, a way to reconnect with my intuition and set the tone for my day.

Why does this matter? Because it's about more than just a direction; it's about tuning into the subtle signals my body sends. This morning, like many others, my mind craved the familiar path to the cafe on the left. Yet, when I looked that way, I noticed a subtle tightening in my stomach. A quick glance to the right brought an instant smile to my face.

Intuition won, and I turned right.

The "why" isn't important. What matters is the trust I've cultivated in these gut feelings. Time and time again, I've found that when I heed my intuition, life flows effortlessly. When logic takes the reigns, chaos often ensues.

This daily walk serves as a reminder to listen to my inner compass, my personal radio station broadcasting wisdom beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. It's a skill we all possess as children, but one that often gets drowned out by societal expectations and the pressure to be "logical."

Rekindling this connection doesn't have to be complicated. Start with the small things, the low-stakes decisions. Consider a food you love – notice how your body reacts. Now, think of a food you dislike – feel the difference? This is your intuitive barometer.

Practise this daily. When faced with a choice, visualise each option and observe your body's response. If you can silence the mental chatter, the answer will emerge from within.

Remember, your superconscious holds wisdom beyond the logical mind. It knows what's truly best for you, even if the reasons aren't immediately clear. Trust that wisdom, and let your intuition guide you towards a more fulfilling life.
